The Krupps S1100E from the SOFT range is built for kitchens running on hard water — a common situation for many schools, kindergartens and hospitals outside major cities. The built-in automatic softener manages regeneration cycles on its own, based on incoming water hardness, without interrupting the wash, while a salt refill notice appears directly on the display.
This hood-type unit takes a 500×500 mm basket and, at a productivity of up to 60 racks (up to 1080 plates) per hour, washes glasses, plates, medium-sized utensils and GN 1/1 gastronorm containers in a body just 620 mm wide. Controls run through a tempered-glass UNIKO touch panel, and the body is made of AISI 304 stainless steel.
