The Apach AF400DD dishwasher is compact, Italian-made equipment for washing dishware in kitchens with limited floor space — small kindergarten kitchens, school buffets and serving areas, or hospital wards. Its compact footprint allows the unit to be installed even in a tight space next to the wash-up area.
The unit runs on a single-phase 220V supply, and its 3.5kW power is enough for stable water heating during both wash and rinse cycles. The electromechanical control panel is simple and durable in operation, requires no special training for kitchen staff, and easily withstands daily use. At 436×535×670 mm and 31 kg, the machine is easy to install and, if needed, to relocate to another workstation in the kitchen.
