The Compack D 5037 is a high-throughput front-loading dishwasher with a 500×500×100 mm rack, built to work with GN 1/1 gastronorm pans. This format suits kitchens with a heavy daily flow of dishware — central kitchens of schools, hospitals and childcare facilities.
The larger rack raises throughput to 540 plates/hour (30 racks/hour), the unit holds up to 4 GN 1/1 pans, and it can wash items up to 31 cm tall (glasses) or 33 cm tall (plates). White wash arms with an 18 mm diameter deliver even rinsing, with a 2-minute wash cycle, 2 litres of water per rinse cycle, and a recommended temperature of 55°C.
