The Compack X 54E (Italy) is a front-loading dishwasher built for high-volume washing of plates, glasses and cutlery in school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens, where dishes are washed in large batches within limited time between meal services.
The unit runs on electronic controls with a digital LED display and a wash-cycle counter. Output is adjustable across 20/24/30/40 racks per hour (360/432/540/720 plates per hour) depending on the selected mode. It accepts items up to 35 cm high for plates and 31 cm for glasses, while 18 mm diameter wash arms provide even rinsing of every item.
