The Compack X 56E (Italy) front-loading dishwasher is built for intensive washing of plates and glasses in school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens, where dishes are processed in batches within a limited time frame.
The unit runs on a 380 V supply (5.02 kW) and features electronic controls with a digital LED display and a wash-cycle counter. It offers 4 wash cycles lasting from 1.5 to 3 minutes, while stainless-steel wash arms with an 18 mm diameter provide even rinsing of dishes up to 35 cm high (plates) and 31 cm (glasses).
