Empero EMP.500 Undercounter Dishwasher

The Empero EMP.500 is a compact undercounter dishwasher from the Turkish manufacturer Empero, suited for kitchens with moderate dishwashing volumes: kindergarten and small-to-medium school canteens, hospital wards. The unit is designed to sit under a worktop or stand alone, with dishes loaded through a front-opening door.

The machine processes up to 500 plates per hour, handles plates up to 320 mm in diameter, and uses a 500×500 mm rack. The body and heating elements are stainless steel, a drain pump is included as standard, and the door has a magnetic safety sensor.

Specifications

The magnetic safety sensor prevents the machine from running while the door is open, reducing the risk of hot water or steam reaching staff during a wash or rinse cycle. The standard drain pump makes it easier to install the machine where there is no gravity drain below sewer level.
