Empero EMP.500-SDF Undercounter Dishwasher

The Empero EMP.500-SDF is a 220V version of the EMP.500 undercounter dishwasher from the Turkish manufacturer Empero, featuring a digital control panel, a colour display and detergent and rinse-aid dosing pumps. It suits school, kindergarten, hospital and other institutional kitchens with a standard single-phase power supply.

The unit processes up to 500 plates per hour, handles plates up to 320 mm in diameter, and uses a 500×500 mm rack. The body and heating elements are stainless steel, and the machine's total power is 8 kW at 220V. A 2.4-inch colour display and illuminated touch panel let staff control the wash and rinse cycles, water drainage, and boiler and tank temperature separately.
