The Krupps C537T undercounter dishwasher is built for washing tableware in school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens that need to process large volumes of plates, glasses and stemware quickly every day. Made in Italy, the model belongs to the ADVANCE range, engineered for demanding daily use in institutional catering facilities.
The machine takes a 500×500 mm rack and washes up to 18 plates with a diameter of up to 395 mm, or glasses up to 365 mm tall, per cycle, reaching a throughput of up to 40 racks per hour (up to 720 plates per hour according to the manufacturer). Three-phase 400V3N power supply and a 5.4 kW boiler give it enough capacity for kitchens working on a tight meal-service schedule.
