The tunnel design with a drying zone supports a continuous flow of loading and unloading without manual wiping, noticeably speeding up kitchen staff work during peak hours.
The unit has a left-side inlet, which should be factored into kitchen layout planning relative to the washing and serving lines. Throughput reaches up to 2130 plates per hour, covering the needs of even a large kitchen with a steady flow of diners.
