The BRILLIS FBT001 baguette tray is a perforated aluminium tray for baking French baguettes, designed for bakeries, pastry workshops and specialty restaurants. Suitable for institutional kitchens that bake their own bread products.
Unlike regular baking trays, this tray has special wave-shaped grooves, each meant for a single baguette: during baking, the dough is shaped into the characteristic elongated form with a crisp crust and soft crumb. Perforation ensures even browning of the top crust. The tray is made of aluminium — a material with high thermal conductivity, light weight, durability and practicality for daily use.
