The BRILLIS FBT003 baguette tray is built for baking French baguettes in larger volumes — a perforated aluminium tray for bakeries, pastry workshops and restaurants that bake their own bread products daily.
Structurally, the tray differs from regular baking sheets: special wave-shaped grooves shape the dough during baking, giving it the characteristic elongated form with a crisp crust and soft crumb, while perforation ensures even browning of the top crust. The material is aluminium, combining high thermal conductivity, light weight, durability and practicality in daily use. The channels run parallel to the long side of the tray.
