The BRILLIS 210070 is a smooth, non-perforated aluminium baking tray, 530×325 mm, ideal for baking shortcrust pastry and for use with a silicone baking mat. Suitable for confectionery workshops, bakeries, and the kitchens of schools, kindergartens and other food-service establishments.
The thin sheet allows fast heat transfer, while the low rim helps achieve even baking across the whole surface. The tray is used for confectionery items, a variety of foods in combi-steamers and baking ovens, as well as for blast freezing.
