The BRILLIS torg9220 aluminium baking tray, 530x325 mm, is a smooth sheet with a high level of non-stick performance that helps products brown evenly. It is used in the food industry and food-service businesses for baking, including canteen kitchens in educational and healthcare institutions.
Made of aluminium with a non-stick coating, the tray withstands temperatures up to 400°C. The rim edges are bent at a 45° angle and are not welded, which is convenient for stacking and further handling of the sheet.
