The BRILLIS 208263 is a perforated aluminium baking tray in the standard gastronorm size of 530×325 mm, built for daily professional use in bakeries, food-service businesses and the kitchens of schools, kindergartens and healthcare facilities.
Made of food-grade 3003 aluminium, 1.35 mm thick, with 3.0 mm perforation, to European standards. The good thermal conductivity of aluminium ensures even baking and quick heating and cooling, which saves energy. The four 15 mm sides are bent at a 45° angle and produced by stamping, so the trays nest easily and are easy to clean, including in the corners.
