The BRILLIS 112054-ECO perforated aluminium tray has a non-stick coating with enhanced protection against burning and dough sticking. Perforation across the whole surface gives an even golden crust on baked products.
Material thickness is 1.5 mm, and the tray has 4 rims. Rim height and angle are 10 mm and 45°, with unwelded edges that make it convenient to stack the trays. The tray withstands working temperatures up to 400°C and is used in food production and food-service businesses for bakery work.
