The BRILLIS 200121 is a perforated, uncoated aluminium baking tray for baking bread, pastries and other dough-based products. Made to European standards, it is built for daily intensive use in bakeries, bread factories, as well as school and kindergarten kitchens.
The tray is made of food-grade 3003 aluminium, 1.35 mm thick, with 3.0 mm perforation. Aluminium has good thermal conductivity, ensuring even baking, and heats up and cools down quickly, saving energy. The four sides are bent at a 45° angle and produced by stamping — the trays nest easily inside one another to save storage space and are easy to clean, especially in the corners.
