The BRILLIS 112037 perforated aluminium tray is another model in the range, made of food-grade aluminium alloy 3003 to European standards for bakeries and bread factories. Suitable for baking bread, cookies and other dough products.
Sheet thickness is 1.5 mm, perforation 3.0 mm. The tray has 4 welded rims at 90°, 20 mm high. Aluminium gives good heat conduction — even baking, fast heating and cooling, and lower electricity use. Perforation lets the dough breathe, and the tray itself is light and easy to clean.
