The BRILLIS 112011 perforated aluminium tray is made of food-grade aluminium alloy 3003 to European standards. It is designed for bakeries and bread factories for baking bread, cookies and other dough products.
Sheet thickness is 1.5 mm, perforation 3.0 mm. The tray has 4 rims 20 mm high: three welded at 90°, and the fourth formed at 45° to make unloading finished products easier. Aluminium conducts heat well, so the tray heats up and cools down quickly, giving even baking and saving electricity. Perforation lets the dough breathe and makes the product light.
