BRILLIS 200121 Perforated Aluminum Baking Sheet, 600x400 mm

The BRILLIS 200121 perforated aluminum baking sheet measures 600×400 mm and is designed for baking bread, pastries, cookies and other dough-based products. It is made of food-grade 3003-alloy aluminum with a thickness of 1.35 mm, combining light weight with enough rigidity for daily use in institutional kitchens.

Perforation across the entire working surface allows dough to bake evenly and "breathe" during baking, while aluminum's high thermal conductivity gives fast, even heating of the sheet, shortening baking time and reducing oven energy use. The four rims are bent at a 45° angle, making the sheet both easy to manufacture and convenient to use: the trays stack compactly inside one another for storage and are just as easy to clean, including the corners.
