The BRILLIS 800x600x10 aluminum baking sheet has an 800×600 mm footprint with closed corners and is intended for baking bread and confectionery items in institutional kitchens and production bakeries. It is made of 1.5 mm aluminum, which provides even heat distribution through the dough and a long service life under daily use.
