Unox TG445 Perforated Baguette Tray, 600×400 mm

The Unox TG445 is a perforated aluminium tray in 600×400 mm format, designed for baking baguettes and similar bread products in Unox combi ovens and ovens of the matching format. It is used in kitchens of educational institutions, healthcare facilities and other public-sector establishments that prepare baked goods for large numbers of people every day and need reliable equipment for their ovens.

The working surface has five channels that shape and hold the baguettes during baking, allowing several loaves of the same shape to be baked at once. The perforated aluminium surface allows hot air and steam to circulate evenly inside the combi oven chamber, supporting even baking and crust formation on all sides of the product. The 600×400 mm format and 34 mm rim height match the standard gastronorm rail spacing, so the tray fits directly onto the existing rails of Unox combi ovens and ovens in the 600×400 format.
