The Unox TG305 is a solid (non-perforated) aluminium tray designed for use in combi ovens and bakery equipment in the 460x330 mm format. It is intended for school, kindergarten, hospital and other institutional kitchens that prepare baked dishes, casseroles and hot meals requiring even heating without direct contact with steam from below.
Unlike perforated versions, the solid surface of this tray keeps the juices and moisture of the food inside, making it well suited for casseroles, batters that must not run, and dishes cooked without additional steam venting. The 11 mm rim holds liquid or semi-liquid mixtures in place during cooking. The tray is made of aluminium — lightweight, a good heat conductor, and easy to maintain. It is supplied in multiples of 2 pieces, which is convenient for equipping several combi oven racks at once.
