The Unox TG870 grilling tray is a double-sided aluminium tray in GN 1/1 format for cooking on the grill and in other ways in combi ovens used in school, kindergarten, hospital and other institutional kitchens. One tray replaces two separate accessories by combining two working surfaces in a single item.
One side is ribbed, designed for grilling meat, fish and vegetables with the characteristic sear marks on the food surface, while the other side is flat and suits baking, braising and other cooking methods that do not need a ribbed surface. The tray is made of non-stick coated aluminium, and its GN 1/1 format (530x335 mm) allows it to be used in combi ovens designed for GN 1/1 and GN 2/1 pans.
