The BRILLIS 208263 perforated aluminium tray is a stamped baking sheet measuring 530x325 mm for baking bread, rolls and cookies. It is used in kitchens that bake their own products, including schools, kindergartens, hospitals and other institutions equipped with baking ovens, convection ovens or combi steamers.

The tray is made of food-grade aluminium 1.35 mm thick. The material conducts heat well: dough warms evenly, and the tray itself heats up and cools down quickly after coming out of the oven, which is convenient when baking turns over frequently during a working day.
