The BRILLIS 112054 Perforated Aluminium Baking Tray is designed for the food industry and food-service businesses, primarily for bakery use. Perforation across the whole surface ensures even browning of baked goods.
The tray is made of aluminium with a sheet metal thickness of 1.5 mm. The rims, 1 cm high, run along all four sides, bent at a 45° angle and unwelded — this lets the trays stack neatly inside one another, saving space during storage and transport. There is no non-stick coating.
