The BRILLIS 800x600x10 perforated aluminum baking sheet is a large-format 800×600 mm tray for baking bread, pastries, cookies and other dough products in high volumes. It is made of 1.5 mm aluminum without a non-stick coating, making it suitable for a wide range of baking recipes in school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens.
Perforation across the entire surface promotes even heat penetration into the dough and helps form a golden crust on the bottom of baked goods. The 1 cm rim is bent at a 45° angle without welded seams, so the trays stack compactly for storage on shelving. The sheet withstands working temperatures up to 400°C and is used in food production and in institutional kitchens that bake on-site.
