NUS Learning Zones: All 8 Areas Explained
Order No. 283 describes a NUS classroom as eight zones. Here is each one: its purpose and furniture.
- Learning zone — desks and chairs by height group.
- Rest zone — rug, poufs, cushions.
- Library — low, child-accessible shelves.
- Teacher’s zone — desk, chair, cabinets (not a separate office).
