2026 Procurement Thresholds: UAH 50k and 200k Explained
A threshold is the amount at which a buyer’s obligations change. For goods the key figures are UAH 50,000 (a report becomes mandatory) and UAH 200,000 (from 1 September 2026; previously UAH 100,000), above which an open tender or the e-catalogue is mandatory.
- Thresholds are counted against the annual need per procurement subject (the 4-digit CPV class), not per contract.
- The NUS subvention threshold is unchanged: goods from UAH 100,000 — via the e-catalogue only.
- Splitting a purchase to dodge a threshold is a violation with personal liability.
- Current-repair services threshold — UAH 200,000; works — UAH 1.5 million.
