A shelter in an education facility is placed in a basement/ground/first floor (up to 100 m) and furnished by zones: seating, sleeping, storage.
- Placement follows SES recommendations (basement/ground/first floor, up to 100 m).
- Existing school furniture (chairs, benches) may be used.
- A stay of up to 48 hours needs sleeping places and supplies.
