How to Become a Prozorro Market Supplier
Any business that passes CPB qualification can sell to the state via the catalogue: proven supply experience, a clean record of the manager and product guarantees. Review takes up to 10 business days and is free.
- Experience is proven by a completed Prozorro contract with a report, or by documents with bank statements.
- The criminal-record certificate must be no older than 30 calendar days.
- Product cards pass moderation: characteristics must match the photos; all fields are mandatory.
- Only the winner pays the fee: 2% + VAT of the initial bid (from 07.06.2026), refunded on a loss.
