Buying Catering Equipment via Prozorro Market
Catering equipment is technically complex and has to be connected as well, which makes procurement harder than buying furniture.
- From 1 September 2026 the mandatory procedure threshold for public institutions is UAH 200,000; a contract report is due from UAH 50,000.
- Education subvention funds keep a separate threshold of UAH 100,000 and allow the e-catalogue only.
- Thresholds are counted against the annual need per procurement subject, not per individual item.
- Installation, connection and commissioning are usually paid separately — budget for them in the expected value.
